What to

EXPECT

• Monthly payments must be submitted online via your invoice.

• An invoice with the monthly payment schedule will be emailed to you.

• All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• You MUST purchase your own flights to Madrid–Barajas Airport (MAD). Transportation will not be provided from other locations. 

• You MUST arrive in Madrid on or before September 3, 2026.  No refunds will be given for missed tours.

• You MUST provide us with your flight information to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure in Madrid.  A form will be sent later to capture information. 

• Travelers arriving outside of trip dates and staying at a different hotel prior to or after will be responsible for their transportation.

• A visa is not required to enter Spain for American Citizens.

• You will be required to obtain an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System to enter Spain) approval online. Instructions will be sent out later as this program is still being rolled out and is not active.  It is fairly easy. 

• Travelers arriving outside of trip dates or staying at a different hotel prior to or after will be responsible for their transportation.

• A valid U.S. Passport is required.  Refunds will not be provided for expired passports or missed flights.  

• U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date. Some countries require a visa for transit or entry. This can be confirmed at VisaHQ.  Each traveler is responsible for ensuring they obtain all proper documents for transit or entry. All names on documents must match the legal name on your photo I.D., and travel documentation must match transportation tickets.  Please check the State Department website for further information. Immunizations may also be required. Please check the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).  Failure to comply with any of these regulations may result in denied boarding, denied entry, and/or government-imposed fines. If you are a citizen of another country, there may be additional requirements. Check with the nearest consulate or embassy of the destination you are traveling to and find out the entry requirements for non-U.S. citizens. Finally, U.S. Citizens should register all travels with the U.S. Embassy via the Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP).

• Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 45 Days in advance to plan your free time.

• Private Facebook Group:  Once your trip is confirmed, you will be invited to a private Facebook group where you will have full access to all trip details. You will receive monthly updates leading up to departure and you will have a chance to get to know some of the other travelers a little bit more.

• Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Myrin's Destination Station LLC's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

• Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you ask to turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule. Your monthly payment schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.

• Credit/Debit Card Fees: A non-refundable standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to final purchase.

• Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 7 days of the scheduled payment date. 

• Roommates: If the roommate you selected cancels, your rate will adjust to the revised (single 

• person) rate or you can replace them.  Any cancellations within 60 days of the event are your 

• responsibility, however, we will try our hardest to help you replace them.

• Failure to Submit Payments: If you should go more than 60 days without submitting a payment or discussing a payment arrangement with us, your reservation will automatically be cancelled without notice. A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate the reservation.

• Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Myrin's Destination Station LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.

• Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Myrin’s Destination Station LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.

• Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 7-14 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit.
