Automatic Billing Plan
You can enroll in our automatic billing and relax knowing that your future payments will be made automatically. When you book, we’ll calculate an evenly divided automatic billing plan for you, and you will know in advance the day of every month that your payment will be processed. Your initial deposit is due at the time of booking, and your future payments will be charged according to the schedule you see on your invoice. Automatic billing is available at no charge.

You MUST purchase your own flights to Cape Town (CPT- Cape Town International Airport).

You MUST arrive in Cape Town on or before May 29, 2027. No refunds will be given for missed tours or tours that participants opt of

You MUST provide us with your flight information to ensure airport transportation is provided upon arrival and departure. A form will be sent later to capture information.

Travelers arriving outside of trip dates or staying at a different hotel prior to or after will be responsible for their transportation.

A valid U.S. Passport is required. Refunds will not be provided for expired passports or missed flights.

U.S. citizens traveling to any destination outside of the United States will be required to present a valid U.S. passport. Passports must be valid for 6 months past the return date.

Upon entry into South Africa, passport holders are required to have at least one, entirely blank (unstamped) visa page (i.e., one side of such a page, not front and back thereof) in their passport, each time entry is sought into South Africa. These pages are in addition to the endorsement/ amendment pages at the back of the passport. South African government regulations prohibit airlines from boarding passengers without the required blank visa page. Visas are automatically granted upon entry.

Full Itinerary will be emailed to you 45 Days in advance to plan your free time while in Cape Town.

Private Facebook Group: Once your trip is confirmed, you will be invited to a private Facebook group where you will have full access to all trip details. You will receive monthly updates leading up to departure and you will have a chance to get to know some of the other travelers a little bit more.
Terms & Policies

Terms & Conditions: Submitting a deposit and payments for this package signifies your acceptance of Myrin's Destination Station LLC's Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Payments: Payments are NOT automatically processed unless you ask to turn on the Auto-Pay option at checkout. With Auto-Pay, your card will be charged automatically on the due dates indicated on your payment schedule. Your monthly payment schedule will be provided to you via invoice upon booking this trip. You must utilize the invoice to submit all payments if you do not select the Auto-Pay option. An automated payment reminder will be emailed to you one week prior to each scheduled payment date.

Credit/Debit Card Fees: A non-refundable standard convenience fee will be charged. The final amount (including convenience fees) will be displayed prior to final purchase.

Late Payment Fees: A non-refundable late payment fee of $50 will automatically be added to your reservation if your monthly payment has not been received within 7 days of the scheduled payment date.

Roommates: If the roommate you selected cancels, your rate will adjust to the revised (single person) rate or you can replace them. Any cancellations within 60 days of the event are your responsibility, however, we will try our hardest to help you replace them.

Failure to Submit Payments: Monthly payments are required to keep your reservations current. Your invoice will clearly note your payment plan. We suggest you put this payment plan on your personal calendar. A fee of $150 will be required to reinstate cancelled reservation.

Final Payment: Final payment must be received on or before the final payment due date. Failure to submit the final payment as required will result in an automatic cancellation of the entire reservation. Myrin's Destination Station LLC will not be held responsible for any loss of funds due to cancellation.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your reservation, all payments submitted to Myrin’s Destination Station LLC will be non-refundable and non-transferrable. You are strongly encouraged to protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance.

Travel Insurance: Insurance is highly recommended to protect your travel investment. You are responsible for purchasing your own insurance policy. If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (which you should), most carriers require that you purchase the policy within 7-14 days of the initial purchase while others on the day of your initial deposit.
